  • Negotiation Score

    BetterBill's 0–100 score indicating how much room a bill or contract has to be renegotiated.

  • Overpayment risk

    A specific line item or pricing pattern that suggests you're paying more than necessary.

  • Loyalty discount

    A retention discount offered to existing customers — often only when explicitly asked for.

  • Early termination fee

    A fee charged for ending a contract before its agreed term — sometimes negotiable or refundable by a competitor.
